I really love these types of behind the counter / behind the scenes videos showing you what a typical day like for local small businesses in Japan.
In this video I found, they go behind the scenes of a local Japanese fried food shop. This shop sells everything from fried chicken, to fried croquettes.
Basically everything is tasty there, because how can you not like fried stuff right? haha
