This video was pretty cool.
Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) are one of my favorite dishes from Japan. They are so refreshing to eat, especially during the summer time.
But I did not know that it took so much effort to prepare it, along with it's side dishes, and this video I found gave me a much better appreciation for it.

I really appreciate how fresh all of their ingredients are, and how dedicated the restaurant was each and every day to prepare the dishes. It's a lot of work!
