Behind The Counter Of A Local Japanese Fried Tonkatsu Restaurant

This was a cool video.

If you do not know what Tonkatsu is, it's basically a nicely breaded deep fried pork cutlet.

It's one of my favorites, as the pork is fried til it's nice and crispy but at the same time, it's still light and not too oily.  

In this video, it goes behind the scenes on what it's like to run such a restaurant, and after watching this, I have a greater appreciation of this dish.

Lots of things to prepare that on the surface I didn't even know existed!
