I found this video about a ramen king who makes a remarkable type of ramen in a small northern town in Japan.
A simple version of it, but wholesome.
A version that is not too heavy, but tasty.
A version that can be eaten for breakfast????
Now that is something I can definitely do...eat it for breakfast! LOL

I think they should open more ramen joints for breakfast here in North America!
It's a perfect start for those cold winter days!
