How Difficult Is It In Owning a Japanese Traditional Inn?

Haven't done a video review for a while, and definitely looking forward in today's one!

This video I found was so inspiring.  

It was a documentary about how this one particular 400 year old Japanese Traditional Inn (Ryokan) was able to turn itself around and reinvent itself from the verge of bankruptcy to one of the most prestigious Ryokan in all of Japan.

What I found was so unique was how the owner and CEO of the Ryokan was so meticulous in the details and being hands on from being part of the cooking staff making noodles to even the cleaning staff in making the beds!

He was definitely a man of all skills!
