How Japanese Green Tea Is Made

Who would have thought how complex the process is to make Japanese green tea?

When I saw this video, I was blown away at how sophisticated the process really is!

Not only that, it was amazing to learn that there were numerous variables that can affect the quality and taste of the tea, even if it's manufactured from the same producer...

What did you think of this process?

It was pretty elaborate eh?  For me, it was amazing to see how the "judges" all rely on simply their experience to grade the quality of the tea.
