One of the tastiest things you can try in Japan are the gyoza fried dumplings. They are crispy skin on the outside, with a juicy and tasty meat filling on the inside.
It's one of the most versatile things you have along with your beer! LOL
In this video I found, they show you an in depth tour of how gyoza dumplings are made in mass production. And it really surprised me how fresh the ingredients and how meticulous the process were!

LOL I personally rate Asian restaurants with my own dumpling method. Like if it is a five dumpling restaurant it is very good, like a five star restaurant.
