In Japan, there is a growing number of abandoned houses.
Most of this is simply due to people leaving the rural areas for the cities, or simply due to the aging population.
And because of this, many of these abandoned houses you can get for pennies on the dollar, but there's a catch.
You still need to spend the money to renovate the property.
But if you are able to pull it off, it's quite remarkable.

I've been following him for over 2 years since he's taken over an abandoned property while he documents his renovation journey in restoring the house.
And now it's pretty much complete, with a few loose ends here and there.
