These are the ever popular Pachinko machines that are only found in Japan.
It's like gambling with slot machines but not. It's like playing mid way carnival games but not.
Instead of winning money in the end, you accumulate points so that you can redeem prizes instead.
But the prizes you can win can be very expensive and valuable prizes.
