This was so awesome!
One of the reasons why I appreciate Japanese cuisine so much, is how you can take a simple dish like ramen, and constantly elevate it by finding new ways to make it better.
This video I found, was so interesting, in that there is this tiny Michelin starred ramen restaurant in Tokyo that serves up super affordable ramen, at only $10 per bowl!
And it's no cheap bowl of ramen that flakes out on it's ingredients... the chef has perfected his own recipe from the broth, the eggs, the barbecued pork, and home made ramen noodles to create the ultimate ramen.
But the catch is, because it's so popular and always sold out, only 70 people are allowed per day to have it!!!
You can watch the video I found here, on how the chef puts together this intricate work of ramen art!
Pretty incredible right?
Everything I found was so refined, and beautifully put together.
