Sushi - A Work Of Art?

Good day everyone!

Sushi is probably my second most favourite Japanese food (right after Ramen), and the other day I was watching some cool documentaries about making sushi,

I came across this cool video of a sushi chef, not only making sushi, but creating sushi works of art!

Pretty neat huh?

It must have took incredible skill to create those fine slices of sushi!  The chef's knife work was sublime!!!
