Okonomiyaki....this is one of those comfort foods that sometimes you just need to hit the spot. haha
It's basically almost like a pancake, layered with meat, cabbage, and eggs, and even sometimes noodles.
There's two main styles as well! One from Hiroshima, and the other from Kansai region (near Osaka).

In this particular video, they are cooking Hiroshima style...which is my favorite style.
