What Japanese Really Eat For Breakfast

This is really quite interesting.

Often times, we think of another country's way of life as something exotic, especially if it's somewhere half way around the world.

But in reality, there are more similarities than you think!

Here's an interesting video I found showing you how "real" breakfast is like in Japan:

And definitely some of the common themes that are similar with western countries that I take from this ... is that coffee is a must, and most are busy with family or work, so breakfast is quick and snappy, or even skip it all together!
