It shows behind the scenes of what an upscale sushi restaurant in Japan is like.
And I was impressed how fresh every ingredients they used, as everything is sourced locally from their fish markets everyday!

What impressed you the most about this?
For me, it was also how detailed the chef was, with his precision like knife work and presentation of the dishes he created.
