This was an interesting video...
A few weeks back, I posted another blog post about a super tiny apartment in Tokyo and how crazy it would be to live there...
And there were a lot of comments from people wanting to know how or why there's so many small apartments and establishments in around Tokyo.
So I did some more research and found this new video, as it goes a little bit more in depth to figure out why and how such small places.
And it's so interesting to see how the zoning is like in a mega city like Tokyo!

Pretty interesting right? What's the biggest thing you found interesting about the video?
For me, my biggest takeaways from this is how amazing they maximize the use of every plot of land, and also how creating smaller places can help small businesses pay less rent so that they can maximize their bottom line.
