2023 Early Black Friday Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Love Japan For Life.

Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to entrants 18 years of age or older, residing anywhere in the USA.

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. Each individual can submit more than one entry to the lucky draw through placing more than one order at Love Japan For Life during the contest period (see below section "How to enter" for contest period details)

How to enter

7. The prize draw will include those who subscribe to the 2023 Early Black Friday Sale sale mailing list, and anyone who places an order at Love Japan For Life from Nov 6, 2023 to Nov 22, 2023 (before 11:59pm PST). Entries after that time and date period will not be included in the draw.

8. To enter the prize draw there are 2 ways to enter:

    a.) Subscribe to our 2023 Early Black Friday Sale mailing list, this will get you one entry to the lucky draw.

    b.)  Place an order at Love Japan For Life anywhere between Nov 6, 2023 to Nov 22, 2023 (before 11:59pm PST) to get two entries to the lucky draw.  You can get additional entries, by placing more than one order.  For every additional order you place during this contest period qualifies you for another two additional entries to the lucky draw.  There is no minimum order value to qualify.

9. Love Japan For Life will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

10. The prize will be one $249 Mt Fuji Canvas Artwork.

11. Love Japan For Life's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

12. The winner will be drawn at random on Nov 23, 2023 at 9:00am EST.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

15. The decision of Love Japan For Life regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

16.  The winner will be notified after Nov 23, 2023 via the email provided during subscription.

17. Love Japan For Life will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.  The winner must respond to the email by providing their mailing address and full name.

18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Love Japan For Life reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

19. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize via mail.

Data protection and publicity

20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Love Japan For Life for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at help@lovejapanforlife.com

22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Love Japan For Life.

23. An announcement of the winners first name will be made via Love Japan For Life's email broadcast.

24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Love Japan For Life's Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

25. Love Japan For Life does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Love Japan For Life does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

26. Love Japan For Life does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

27. Love Japan For Life reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
