So what on Earth is a conveyor belt sushi you might ask? haha
Well, it's not sushi made of conveyor belts, that's for sure....
but instead it's the other way around, where you sit beside a conveyor and plates of sushi will roll on by and you simply pick up the plate of sushi that you would like.
And based on the color of the plate, you will get charged a certain price for that plate.
Usually, these are the more "budget" options if you want sushi in Japan, but incredibly enough, it's actually quite decent quality in most of these places.
